Life these days is pretty awesome – love what I do, have a great apartment, and I’d say I spend at least 20 percent of the day laughing. Put up with my groan-worthy jokes and you’ve already ticked one box!

I love going dancing (preferably electronica) but I’ll try line dancing if that’s your bag. Once, anyway. I’m really into design, contemporary architecture and food – I’m an adventurous home chef and I’m always trying to find new restaurants I haven’t discovered (especially weird and wonderful – suggestions welcome).

I’ve always got a project on the go (currently a food blog) and always another couple in mind. I travel a lot for work so I love to make the most of my time at home. A typical weekend for me would include some (or all) of the following: a self-guided Chelsea gallery tour, Park Slope brunch, a flea market, disco nap and a bit of boogie.

Some things that occupy my time:
- Why is online shopping so addictive but why is packaging guilt so great?
- What's an easy, architecture/design project to occupy my free time?
- What's new restaurant should I try?
